提示：目前脚本对CN地址作了特殊处理，如果非CN地址被MAXMIND识别为CN，那可能造成处理的链接返回503无法通过链接检测
锐速/bbr/bbrplus 对应的版本：
跟随github地址为 https://github.com/ylx2016/kernel/releases
bbrplus新版源 https://github.com/UJX6N
不卸载版本22优化项默认开启tcp fast open，卸载默认关闭
